Please do not email sensitive documents unless specifically requested. For conversion issues, describe the tool, file type, error message and browser you used.
When reporting a conversion problem, include the converter page, the input format, the expected output format, the browser and operating system, and the exact error message if one appeared. Do not attach private files in the first message. If a sample is needed, create a small non-sensitive test file that shows the same issue.
For privacy or file handling questions, describe the page or workflow you used and the approximate time of the request. DocsConversion cannot identify or restore deleted temporary conversion files, but reports can help improve error messages, supported format notes and cleanup documentation.
For advertising, policy or legal questions, use the same contact address and include a clear subject line. DocsConversion does not sell placement as disguised download buttons, does not ask users to click ads and does not publish paid claims or fake reviews.
Expected response times can vary because support is handled manually. For urgent document needs, keep your original file and use another approved workflow if a conversion fails. DocsConversion cannot manually convert private files by email.
