PDF to JPG is helpful when you need a preview image, a thumbnail, a first-page snapshot or an image version of a document page for a presentation or website. The output is an image, so it is easy to view in image tools but no longer contains selectable document text.
Image quality notes
The result depends on PDF page size, embedded images, fonts and rendering resolution. Small text may be harder to read once it becomes pixels. If you need editable text, use PDF to Word or PDF to Text instead of image export.
Review before use
Check that the visible page is the one you expected, especially for multi-page PDFs. This tool exports the first page as JPG; use Split PDF first if the page you need is later in the document.
